     Chemical composition: It contains over 98% of Ni-Cr-Mo, among which nickel accounts for more than 65%.

     Alloy has good metallic fluidity, metallic luster, and decay resistance. With a hemolysis rate of 0.66%, it has no acute systemic toxicity. It has grade one cytotoxicity. It does not stimulate mouth mucus.

      Nickel-chromium alloy used in dentistry does not induce cell chromosome aberration in peripheral blood lymphocytes. It does not increase occurrences of marrow polychromatic erythrocytes micronucleus.

     The alloy shape decides the metal purity.

     Our alloy becomes cubic after smelting and forming. It is known to all that the impurities will float on the surface of the metal when cooled in vacuum state. We cut the 6 sides of the metal cube and only reserve the pure parts of it. Then it is reprocessed. So the alloy has a higher purity than metal cylinder.

     Our alloy will not corrode or be oxidized in the soil for 200 years. Snap ring of the support frame made of our alloy will not break even if it is bent to the angle of 75°. What's more, the alloy utilization ratio can reach 100%. The remaining casting head can be reused to make support frames after being smelt.
